Features

Eight panels, each wired to the others — enter once, see it everywhere. Every capability below lives in the same workspace, feeding the same numbers.

Every feature, wired to the next.

Enter a task once and it flows through the Gantt, Kanban, RACI, and Dashboard — no re-entry, no drift.

Capabilities

Eight panels, each wired to the next

Enter a number once and it shows up everywhere it matters — the Gantt, the Kanban board, the RACI matrix, and the Dashboard all stay in sync.

WBS + Gantt

Schedule

The work-breakdown structure is the spine everything else attaches to — build it once, and the Gantt, Kanban, RACI, and Dashboard all stay in sync.

  • WBS Text Import — paste a plain-text outline; blank lines start tasks, indents become subtasks, and re-pasting merges by name instead of duplicating.
  • Dates cascade automatically from predecessors, with a cycle guard so circular dependencies can't lock up the math.
  • Critical Path Highlighter lights the deadline-driving chain in gold; Deadline Pulse flags any task within three days of its end date.
  • Lead-Time tasks track submitted and expected dates for permits and procurement; Recurring tasks auto-span the whole project.

Kanban Board

Execution

Your WBS tasks, seen as cards across To Do, In Progress, Blocked, and Completed — with tools built for the field, not the boardroom.

  • Dedicated Lead-Time lane keeps permits and procurement items from cluttering the normal columns.
  • Populate Sprint clamps every in-progress task's dates inside your sprint window — a fast way to timebox the current push.
  • Dashed cards mark lead-time items; amber pulses flag tasks within three days of their deadline.
  • Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective templates unlock when you're running Agile.

RACI Matrix

Accountability

Rows and columns pull live from your WBS tasks and your people lists — add a person or task anywhere else and it appears here with nothing to re-enter.

  • Click any cell to cycle Responsible → Accountable → Consulted → Informed.
  • Built from the same data as the Gantt and the Kanban — no stale, hand-typed matrix.
  • Every handoff stays unambiguous, from kickoff meeting to closeout.

Risk + Monte Carlo

Forecast

A risk register and issue log that feed a real simulation engine — not a gut-feel forecast.

  • 1,000-trial Monte Carlo simulation computes hit probability and P50 finish dates on your target completion.
  • conf:high / conf:low tags from AI-generated dates shape each task's risk spread in the simulation.
  • Open, unmitigated risks weigh directly into the Dashboard's Health Score.
  • Float Watch and Crash Candidates rank recovery options — excluding work gated by permits or curing time.

Budget / EVM

Finance

Budget lines and a spend log roll straight into earned-value math — the forecast updates the moment the numbers do.

  • Auto-calculated SPI, CPI, EAC, ETC, VAC, and TCPI once you have a budget line and a dated task.
  • S-curve chart of planned vs. actual spend, always in view.
  • Labor-cost math uses your Work Week (3–7 days) from Settings.

AI Prompt Library

Intelligence

A dozen built-in prompts that turn your live project data into working documents — no copy-pasting numbers by hand.

  • Weekly digests, status reports, and schedule audits generated from real project state.
  • Generate Dates proposes a dated WBS and merges the results back in — nothing duplicated.
  • Paste into any AI you already use; your data stays in your hands.

Weather-Aware

Field

Site forecasts and weather windows keep schedule reality in front of you — before the rain decides for you.

  • Weather Variance flags weather-exposed tasks that lack enough cushion against your rainy-season window.
  • Dispute-ready delay log tied to your exposed tasks, with dates and reasons on record.
  • Weather-season contingency feeds the Charter's target-date reasoning.

Offline-First

Privacy

Runs in your browser, autosaves to LocalStorage, and exports a portable file — nothing uploads by default.

  • No servers, no accounts, no subscription — and no tracking.
  • Save Project to File / Load Project from File moves work between devices.
  • Access codes protect each project, with view-only codes for read-only review.
